Tap the mic and just talk: “Marcus held the door for the whole class in the hallway, that was so Together.” The assistant tags it to the TRIBE matrix — you confirm and save.

Behavior Documentation Form
The digital version of the paper step-form. Auto-fills the student, teacher, and date; dictate the Facts; sign on the screen. Every completed form lands on the student timeline and the office dashboard automatically — no lost paper.

Support & Intervention Library
Research-grounded moves the app suggests when you read a child’s need. Browse by framework or by what the behavior is reaching for. These are coaching scaffolds for educators — not diagnoses. Safety or clinical concerns go to the counselor / Tier 2 team.

👀 GoodCatch noticed
The app reads the school's own logged moments and speaks up on its own — patterns a busy team would miss.
Office Dashboard
What your PBIS team reviews monthly (Section 11). Recognition-first, with equity in view.
🚩 Tier 2 watch — repeating staff-managed behavior
Auto-flagged when a student has 3+ re-teach entries. The question shifts from “what’s wrong with this child” to “what does this child need.”

By setting
Recognition vs. re-teach, by grade
A quiet equity mirror. Healthy schools run heavily positive.
Roster & Setup
In production this syncs from the district SIS (PowerSchool) over a secure, FERPA-compliant connection. For the demo you can load sample data or paste a roster.

What a real build needs (notes for the district)
- Data store: a FERPA-compliant, access-controlled database — not GitHub. GitHub holds the app code; the district controls the student data.
- Roles: teacher (log + see their students), team (dashboards), admin (everything), parent (their child only, optional).
- SIS sync: names & schedules from PowerSchool, refreshed nightly.
- Real voice + AI: on-device speech-to-text, then an LLM (e.g. Claude) to draft the structured entry and a parent-friendly good-news summary. This prototype uses your browser’s built-in speech and a simple keyword tagger to show the flow.
- Audit log: who viewed/edited each record.
